How do I place a custom order? expand_more
For custom commissions (like specific colors, sizes, or designs not listed), please reach out to me directly via Instagram or Facebook Messenger. We'll discuss your design, timeline, and pricing before you place a deposit.
How long does it take to make an item? expand_more
Production time varies depending on the complexity of the item and my current workload (as I am a full-time student). Small items like keychains may take 1-3 days, while larger items like cardigans or plushies can take 1-2 weeks. I will provide an estimated completion date when you order.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? expand_more
We primarily accept GCash for downpayments. The remaining balance can be paid via GCash or Cash on Delivery (COD) during the meet-up.
Do I need to pay a downpayment? expand_more
Yes, a 50% non-refundable downpayment is required for all custom orders and reserved items. This covers the cost of materials and secures your slot in my queue.

We have designated safe meet-up spots in CDO:

Can I reschedule my meet-up? expand_more
Yes! Please notify me at least 2 hours before our scheduled time. Missed meet-ups without notice may incur a small rescheduling fee.
Product Care
How do I wash my crochet items? expand_more
- Hand Wash (Recommended): Soak in cool water with mild detergent. Gently squeeze (do not wring). Lay flat to dry on a towel.
- Machine Wash: Place in a mesh laundry bag and use the delicate/gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry only (no dryer).
