Terms of Service

Welcome to Seven Stitches. These Terms govern your custom orders and purchases of handmade goods. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. These rules ensure a smooth process for both the creator and the client.

Every piece is handcrafted with care in Cagayan de Oro. Because these are handmade, no two items are identical.

For complex items like cardigans, design details are finalized before work begins.

Student-Developer Clause: As I am a full-time student and accepts website development commissions, completion dates are estimates. I will notify you immediately if academic deadlines or technical projects require a timeline adjustment.

• All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• A 50% non-refundable downpayment is required via GCash before materials are purchased and work begins.
• The remaining balance must be settled during the scheduled meet-up.

As of now, Seven Stitches exclusively supports local meet-ups within Cagayan de Oro City. We do not offer courier shipping at this time.

Designated Meet-up Points

To ensure safety and convenience, meet-ups are limited to public landmarks, specifically:

Scheduling

Meet-up times must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance. Please understand that as a student, my availability depends on my class schedule and academic deadlines.

Grace Period & Punctuality

I value your time and mine. A grace period of 15 minutes will be observed. If you are unable to make it within this window, we will need to reschedule for a later date.

Safety

For the safety of both parties, all meet-ups will take place in well-lit, public areas during daylight hours.

Rescheduling

If a meet-up is missed without 2 hours' prior notice, a rescheduling fee of ₱50 may apply to cover transportation efforts.

Unclaimed Orders

Items not picked up within 14 days of completion (unless otherwise agreed upon) may be put up for "Ready-to-Ship" sale to other customers, and your downpayment will be forfeited.
